When it comes to cancellation policy, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of £50 will apply. Alternatively, if you have purchased a package of sessions, the fee may be deducted from your remaining sessions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy, as it helps us maintain a high level of service for all our clients.

Discount Eligibility: Discount is applicable only to single treatment services. This discount cannot be combined with package sessions or any other promotional offers.

Non-Exchangeable Discount: The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.

Treatment Services Only: The discount applies exclusively to treatment services and does not include any products available for purchase.

Gift Card Policy:
  - Gift cards must be presented along with the official receipt at the time of use.
  - Gift cards are transferable, allowing you to share them with others.
  - Gift cards can be used to purchase products in addition to treatment services.
  - All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
